This Business Centre  sits on the ground floor of Cherry Tree Court, a three-storey office building in the heart of Hull city centre which completed a £1.7m refurbishment in 2022. We offer space to accommodate 1-100+ workstations, coworking spaces and two air-conditioned, glass-fronted meeting rooms which are available to book. On top of that, our state-of-the-art business centre opened in 2021 and is the best space in Hull. Fully equipped and fully flexible.

The Business Centre boasts great transport links as our site is a three-minute walk from Hull Paragon Interchange, which runs direct rail routes to York, Sheffield, Manchester Piccadilly and London King’s Cross. There are also bus and coach services that go cross-country. We have car parking spaces available behind the centre and there are various nearby public car parks too. Cyclists are welcome to use our secure bike racks and shower facilities.

There is no shortage of things to do outside of the office in Hull. From exploring the city’s rich culture at the Streetlife Museum and Wilberforce House, to taking a stroll along the Marina. If you’re looking for some indoor adventure, head to The Deep, one of the largest submariums in the world. The Hull Truck Theatre is right next door where you can catch a show.
