All utility bills are included in the monthly rental price including the provision of high-speed internet through Cat 6 ethernet points and also via Wi-Fi access points placed around the building.

Tenants can enjoy also enjoy the comfort of a business lounge and also use of a meeting room which is free for 30 minutes per day and charged at  £3 per hour thereafter.
